Red Sea's aquarium systems in one place. The Reefer G3 range covers S-series and Peninsula layouts as complete systems with sump and cabinet, in black or white. Max Nano G2 and Max E are the all-in-one side, with filtration built into the tank, listed in standard, XL, XXL and Peninsula forms. Alongside the systems sit the service and upgrade parts: sump O-ring sets, float valves, return nozzles, valved downpipes and ReefGate valve upgrade kits. Parts are generation specific, so identify whether your aquarium is G2 or G3 before ordering.

Reefer, Max Nano and Max E

Reefer systems are the plumbed side of the range: a display drilled for an overflow, a matching sump and a cabinet, sold as complete setups in black or white. The G3 generation covers the S-series and the Peninsula layouts across several volumes. Max Nano G2 and Max E work differently - they are all-in-one designs, with filtration built into the back of the tank rather than a separate sump, in standard, XL, XXL and Peninsula formats. Cabinet colour is a purchase option on most models, not an afterthought.

Parts and plumbing upgrades

Sump O-ring sets and float valves for Reefer and Max-S systems.
Y split outlet return nozzles for the return line.
Valved downpipes for 170 and 200 G3 and G2 aquariums.
ReefGate valve upgrade kits in 1 inch and 1.25 inch downpipe sizes.

Before you order

Generation matters more than model name on this range. G2 and G3 aquariums take different downpipe and valve parts despite carrying the same volume numbers, so identify which generation you own before ordering a plumbing component. Complete systems are largely special order, a normal orderable state in which the order is placed and the aquarium is brought in for you - worth allowing for when planning a build around a delivery date.
