• ReefMat-ready design: The removable mechanical filter assembly can be replaced with compatible automated fleece filtration without rebuilding the aquarium's standard downflow plumbing.

• Choose an installation location with adequate structural support and clearance around the two long viewing panels and exposed end. Confirm cabinet servicing space and access for freight delivery before assembly.
• Assemble and level the black aluminum-superstructure cabinet according to Red Sea's instructions, arranging appropriate lifting assistance for the heavy eurobraced glass aquarium.
• Install the REEF-SPEC sump, overflow, ReefGate valve, and dual return plumbing, ensuring that all connectors and seals are correctly seated.
• Mount ReefControl Pro and install the ReefControl ATO Module, connecting its digital water-level and temperature sensor, top-off pump, tubing, and associated hardware according to Red Sea's instructions.
• Provide a suitable freshwater reservoir and arrange access for refilling and inspecting the top-off equipment.
• Mount compatible electronics on the slide-out control panel with suitable cable routing and access for future maintenance.
• Install the selected return pumps, protein skimmer, lighting, heating, and wavemakers. Set the adjustable skimmer chamber water depth to suit the selected skimmer.
