Collection: Hiblow Air Pumps

Hiblow's diaphragm air pumps and the parts that keep them running. The pump line runs from the HP 20 up to the HP 200, including Long Life models, and is aimed at work a hobby pump will not cover: fish rooms, holding systems, heavily stocked tanks and pond duty. Behind the pumps is a full spares range - model-matched repair kits, diaphragm sets with screws, air filters, base gaskets, mounting and magnetic rod blocks, chamber blocks and screw sets. Diaphragms and filters are wear items; check your pump's model number against the part before ordering, as kits are grouped by model pairs.

Where a linear pump earns its place

Hiblow builds linear diaphragm pumps for continuous duty. They are physically larger and cost more than a hobby air pump, and they are bought for jobs a hobby pump will not survive: a fish room running dozens of sponge filters, a holding system, a heavily stocked display, or pond aeration. The HP range spans small units through to the largest models, with Long Life versions in the middle of the line.

Parts are grouped by model pair

  • Repair kits are sold for model pairs — 10/20, 30/40, 60/80, 100/120, 150/200.
  • Diaphragms and air filters are the routine wear items on any linear pump.
  • Gaskets, mounting blocks, magnetic rod blocks and chamber blocks are stocked separately.
  • Match every part to the exact model number on your pump before ordering.

Servicing rather than replacing

The reason the spares line is this deep is that these pumps are designed to be rebuilt rather than thrown away. A diaphragm set and a filter will bring a tired pump back rather than requiring a new one, which is what makes the higher initial outlay work over a long run. Keep a repair kit for your model on the shelf if the pump is the only thing aerating a stocked system.
