FritzZyme 7 is a live nitrifying bacteria supplement for freshwater aquariums — the bacteria that convert ammonia and nitrite into far less harmful nitrate, added directly rather than waited for. Use it to cycle a new tank before adding fish, to restart biological filtration after medicating, or whenever a filter change or heavy stocking knocks the bacteria population back. Stocked in 8oz, 16oz and 32oz bottles. Bottled bacteria are perishable — check the date before relying on them to cycle a tank.
