Combining a 278 litre (73.4 gallon) ultra-clear glass display, a 74.6 litre (19.7 gallon) REEF-SPEC sump, a reinforced black marine-spec plywood cabinet, and included ReefControl Lite automation, it brings the distinctive peninsula room-divider format into a compact 96 cm (37.8 inch) aquarium length.

The G3+ generation introduces eurobraced glass construction and integrated ReefControl Lite with the ReefControl ATO Module. The peninsula-specific water-management system includes side-facing dual return outlets, hydrodynamically optimized plumbing, a removable surface-skimming overflow, and Red Sea's ReefGate precision valve. Its ReefMat-ready sump provides adjustable protein skimmer water depth and optional refugium compatibility, while lighting, return pumps, skimmer, wavemakers, and other equipment can be selected separately.

The REEFER Peninsula G3+ cabinet can be assembled with the doors accessible from either side, making the cabinet layout easier to adapt to the installation.

• Left- or right-side cabinet doors: The cabinet can be configured to provide access from the preferred side, helping accommodate nearby furniture, walls, and room traffic.

The included 74.6 litre (19.7 US gallon) sump provides mechanical filtration, an adjustable protein skimmer chamber, and return circulation beneath the display. Its removable mechanical compartment can accommodate compatible automatic fleece filtration, allowing the aquarium to be upgraded without rebuilding the standard downflow plumbing.

• One 225-micron mechanical filter bag: The supplied fine-mesh filter captures suspended particles entering the sump and can be removed for cleaning.
• One filter media cup: A separate cup is included for an alternative arrangement within the mechanical filtration section.
• ReefMat-ready filtration compartment: The removable mechanical filter assembly allows the installation of compatible automatic roller filtration.
• Optional ReefMat 500: Red Sea specifies the ReefMat 500 for the corresponding REEFER MAX Peninsula 350 G3+ configuration.

• Return pump reference: Red Sea specifies one ReefRun G2 6000 for the corresponding MAX Peninsula 350 G3+ package. The return pump is sold separately with this standard reef-ready system.
• Lighting reference: The equivalent MAX package uses two ReefLED G2 115 fixtures. Alternative lighting should cover the 96 x 63.5 cm (37.8 x 25 inch) display and suit the intended coral species.
• Protein skimmer reference: Red Sea specifies an RSK DC 600 for the equivalent MAX package. Other skimmers should be checked for fitment and the Peninsula sump's adjustable water depth.

Directions

• Choose an installation location that provides safe circulation around the exposed glass panels and enough space for cabinet access, sump maintenance, and cleaning both sides of the aquarium.
• Assemble and level the black cabinet according to Red Sea's instructions, choosing left- or right-side door access to suit the room before positioning the glass aquarium.
• Install the REEF-SPEC sump, overflow, ReefGate valve, and dual return plumbing with all seals and fittings correctly seated.
• Mount ReefControl Lite and connect the included ReefControl ATO Module, digital water-level and temperature sensor, and DC pump. Provide a suitable freshwater reservoir.
• Install the selected return pump, protein skimmer, lighting, heating, and additional circulation equipment. Set the skimmer chamber water depth to the requirements of the selected skimmer.
• Follow Red Sea's initial-fill procedure and check the plumbing connections for leaks before operating the aquarium.
• Adjust ReefGate gradually, allowing the overflow water level to stabilize between changes.
• Perform a power-out test to confirm the sump can accommodate water draining back from the display when circulation stops.
• Maintain the mechanical filtration components, overflow combs, return outlets, and ATO sensor. Establish biological filtration before introducing livestock.
• Register the aquarium within 90 days of purchase to qualify for Red Sea's extended manufacturer warranty.
