This product has been specially developed in association with Milliput for use within Marine Aquariums. AquaScape cures underwater to the color of coralline algae which makes it far more aesthetic than standard aquarium putty. The new formula is also stickier so that it bonds better to wet substrates such as coral frags or rockwork. Its main uses are for fragging, construction of rockwork, protection for tridacna clam bases, repairs of pipe fittings and all of the usual applications. The pack comes with detailed instructions for its preparation and also with hints for specific use within the aquarium. Can also be used in freshwater aquariums or ponds.

BSI Insta-Set Accelerator Pump Spray 2 oz. INSTA-SET is a catalyst which acts as an accelerator that allows CAs to quickly cure in thick layers by enhancing the alkaline conditions during polymerization.INSTA-SET in a spray bottle is normally used to cure the CA that flows from joints when parts are pressed together. Applying an additional bead of thick CA along a seam and then curing it with INSTA-SET significantly enhances a joint's strength. For difficult to bond materials, INSTA-SET can be applied to one surface and CA to the opposite surface. When brought together, they will bond instantly. INSTA-SET is formulated with a strawberry scent and activates CA in 6 to 8 seconds without any degrading of the CAs strength, which can occur with many other accelerators. It is compatible with all surfaces, even clear plastic and white foam. Directions for Using BSI Coral Glue Accelerator After joining parts with cyanoacrylate (CA, super glue), spray the seams with Insta-Set to cure the CA in 8 seconds. A bead of CA can then be applied to the outside and corners of joints before another application of Insta-Set to reinforce their strength. Insta-Set can also be applied to one part (with CA on the other) before joining for difficult to bond materials. Insta-Set is compatible with all surfaces, including clear plastic and all foams. It also is a great cleaning agent for adhesive residue and scuff marks. Store separately from CAs.

BSI IC-Gel Insta Cure Gel 20g Aluminum Tube IC-GEL is a cyanoacrylate paste that is extremely thick which comes in an applicator tube like toothpaste. It has the same bonding and curing time characteristics as MAXI-CURE. IC-GEL, however, can be applied to a vertical surface and will stay in place. It will not run. This can be very convenient for some assembly applications. Applying CA to the bottom of a horizontal surface, such as a ceiling, can be very difficult with anything other than a full standard CA bottle. IC-GEL can be applied at any angle with just a squeeze of the tube. The gel does, however, have a tendency to continue to come out of the tube for about a second after pressure is released, so this must be taken into account to apply the exact amount of IC-GEL that you want.IC-GEL is an excellent putty for plastic models. It has proven to be non-toxic to aquatic organisms and provides instant bonding for the propagation of the coral. When used with INSTA-SET, it works better than any putty for modifying or filling voids. It can be carved with a knife or razor blade and sanded and feathered to form a finish indistinguishable from plastic. MAXI-CURE bonds fiberglass, hardwood, metal and rubber better than any other hobby adhesive. For gluing to the inside, clothtextured surface of fiberglass, scrape the area to be bonded with a razor blade or coarse sandpaper before using MAXI-CURE or any other adhesive. It also is best for bonding the tires for R/C cars. MAXI-CURE has proven to be very popular in the archery business for the fletching of vanes onto aluminum and carbon arrow shafts. Along with being the strongest, MAXI-CURE is usually the least expensive option for this application. Directions for Using BSI Maxi-Cure Coral Frag Glue Unscrew top from nozzle. For finer applications, use the extender tip. Apply Maxi-Cure CA to one side of the parts being joined, then hold them tightly to- gether for 10-20 seconds. For larger bonding areas, apply serpentine beads of the CA with enough spacing to allow for the spreading of the adhesive. Insta-Set accelerator can be sprayed to cure the CA that oozes from joints. Normally, the thicker CA is applied to one surface and then the parts are held tightly together for about 5 to 15 seconds. For large surface areas, including those with close fitting joints such as laminations, INSTA-CURE+ should also be used.To prevent premature curing, don't spread the glue into a thin film. Lay down a serpentine bead with about 1" separations on one surface, then assemble the parts, letting the pressure spread the CA out. Directions for Using BSI Insta-Cure+ Coral Frag Glue Unscrew top from nozzle. For finer applications, use the extender tip. Apply Insta-Cure+ CA to one side of the parts being joined, then hold them tightly together for 5-15 seconds. For larger bonding areas, apply serpentine beads of the CA with enough spacing to allow for the spreading of the adhesive. Insta-Set accelerator can be sprayed to cure the CA that oozes from joints. Full strength is reached in three hours. Wipe the nozzle clean before replacing screw-on top. Refrigerate to extend shelf life. Cured CA is stable from -40 to 220 F.
