I have 3 of these racks now, they are excellent. Magnets are very strong and wont shift, the holes allow debris to fall through rather than accumulate.

I've tried many different mag racks and this one is hands down the best I've ever used. Sturdy and feels rock solid with 0 worry my frags will fall or rack will slide due to weight of frags. Will def be buying a second one, only downside is the cost. But worth it IMO
