Red Sea Complete Reef Care Package - Large
The Red Sea Complete Reef Care Package - Large is a high-volume 4-part dosing package for larger non-refugium reef aquariums, supplying the major, minor and trace elements needed for sustained coral growth and coloration.
Large Complete Reef Care for 160 Gallon Reef Systems
This large package is sized for approximately 3 months of use on a 600 L / 160 gal mixed reef. It provides the same simplified Complete Reef Care method as the smaller packages, with larger bottles better suited to established reef aquariums with higher daily consumption.
Complete Reef Care Large Features
- Large 4-part supplement package for non-refugium reef aquariums.
- Maintains 36 major, minor and trace elements used by SPS, LPS and soft corals.
- Uses calcium uptake as the weekly reference point for all four supplement parts.
- Part 1 maintains calcium, magnesium, strontium and barium.
- Part 2 maintains KH/Alkalinity and pH stabilizing components.
- Part 3 maintains iodine, potassium, boron and halogens.
- Part 4 maintains iron, complementary metals and bioactive trace elements.
- Large bottle set is practical for bigger reefs, heavier coral loads and higher dosing demand.
Large Package Specifications
- Recommended system: approximately 600 L / 160 gal mixed reef.
- Approximate supply: 3 months under Red Sea's reference use case.
- Part 1 volume: 2 L / 67.6 fl oz.
- Part 2 volume: 4 L / 135.2 fl oz.
- Part 3 volume: 1 L / 33.8 fl oz.
- Part 4 volume: 1 L / 33.8 fl oz.
- Application: complete reef dosing for larger non-refugium systems.
Application Notes
The Red Sea Complete Reef Care Package - Large is best suited to established mixed reefs with enough coral growth to justify regular automated dosing. Red Sea positions Complete Reef Care for non-refugium systems; aquariums with refugiums or unusual macroalgae-driven trace element demand may require the more adjustable 7-part program instead.

Directions
Set the initial dose according to Red Sea's guidance and adjust Part 1 based on weekly calcium testing. Maintain the fixed dosing relationship by dosing Part 2 at twice the Part 1 volume and dosing Parts 3 and 4 at half the Part 1 volume. Use a calibrated dosing pump where possible, keep lines clearly labelled, and re-check calcium as coral growth and consumption change.
