Medium Media Reactor Compatibility Notes

Protect electrical components: The pump runs in the aquarium system, but the controller and power supply must stay dry. Use drip loops, keep cords organized, and mount the controller where it is accessible for flow changes but protected from splashes and salt creep.

Setting Up the Medium IceCap DC Media Reactor

Install the feed pump, connect the inline controller and power supply, and load the lower media chamber with rinsed media. Use the included sponge below and above the media as needed, then place floss or a secondary media in the upper chamber when appropriate. Place the reactor in the sump or AIO compartment, start at low power, and adjust flow only after observing the media movement and water clarity.
