Hold a Stable Temperature

Livestock handles a steady temperature far better than a swinging one. Most tanks need a heater to hold their setpoint through the night and cooler months; tanks that overheat under lights and pumps — or coldwater systems — need a chiller to pull heat back out. A thermometer keeps you honest either way. We carry temperature gear from Eheim, Aquatop, Aqueon, JBJ, and EcoPlus.

Chillers — titanium heat-exchange chillers for reef, coldwater, and warm rooms.
Thermometers — floating, stick-on, and digital thermometers to monitor temperature.
Cooling fans — clip-on fans that shed a few degrees through evaporation.

Match heater wattage to your tank volume, and size a chiller to your system and room — undersizing either just means it runs constantly without holding target.
