Q:What is the precision of this chiller. Can you set to 0.5C ? \nWhat is lowest temperature you can set chiller? Is there a well that glycol can be added for cold temperatures?
Precision is 1deg F.
The lowest temperature you can set on the controller is 39deg F, but the chiller will not be able to actually chill that low in the majority of cases; please see the online manual for more specific information.
There isn't a well for the addition of glycol. These chillers are meant for use in the tropical temperature range, and must be drastically over-sized outside of that application.
Hope this helps.
