True Union PVC Ball Valve - 1 Inch

True Union ball valves are an ideal component of the "hard plumbed" aquarium. The integrated unions allow the possibility of disconnecting the plumbing from either side of the valve, enabling modifications to be made up and downstream of the valve. Additionally, the valve can be completely removed from service and cleaned throughout, ensuring a much longer service lifetime.

Note regarding Ball Valve use in aquariums

Ball valves are meant to be used where ON/OFF flow control is required.
For those applications where flowrate control is desired, a gate valve is recommended.
