Okay so I ordered 2 of these as i was drilling one new hole in my tank to upgrade from a durso to herbie drain. I already had the durso but decided it might be good to have a spare bulkhead in my spares collection. When they arrived one unit was good and went into the tank no problems. The other unit was stuck. I could not move the nut at all ( i did not put tools on it as this was a new bulk head and should have been free turning). So i contacted JL and they were awsome! Sent me a replacement unit and i had it the next day. The new unit is perfect.
