Reef Crest Rox 0.8 Carbon (1200 Gram / 1 Gallon) is a larger ROX 0.8 activated carbon package for reef keepers who want premium low-dust carbon for regular water polishing.
1 Gallon ROX 0.8 Carbon for Ongoing Use
This 1200 gram size provides more premium ROX 0.8 carbon for aquariums with regular carbon demand. The dense extruded pellet format gives strong adsorption performance, low dust and reliable use in reactors, media bags and canister filters.

Application Notes
ROX carbon can be more efficient than standard aquarium carbon, so avoid aggressive first-time dosing in systems that have not used carbon recently. Increase use gradually and monitor coral response, water clarity and nutrient-management changes.
Directions
Rinse with freshwater or RO water until runoff is clear. Place in a media reactor, canister filter, hang-on filter or fine-mesh media bag in strong flow. In a reactor, use gentle agitation and avoid grinding the pellets. Dose approximately 1 tablespoon per 10 US gallons, or 1/4 cup per 25 gallons, and replace every 1-2 weeks depending on aquarium load and clarity goals.

Return Policy — Aquarium Equipment & Supplies
- All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.
- Before returning or exchanging any goods, you must contact J&L Aquatics to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items returned without prior authorization will be declined.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, in as-new condition, and in perfect sellable condition. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all online returns. This fee includes the cost of outbound shipping.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.
- Order cancellations made before shipping are not subject to a restocking fee.

Defective, Warranty & DOA Items

- All defective claims are subject to inspection. Items showing signs of customer damage, improper installation, or misuse are not covered under warranty.

Affirm & Financing Orders
- Affirm or similar financing orders that are cancelled or returned in-store are subject to a 5% service charge. This covers the processing fee charged to us by the financing provider.
