Neptune Trident Service Kit
Neptune Trident Service Kit is a DIY maintenance kit for mechanically inclined Trident owners who want to perform preventative service on a working Neptune Trident testing system.
DIY Service Kit for Neptune Trident Maintenance
The Trident performs repeated automated testing over long periods of aquarium use, so internal wear items and fluid-contact parts eventually need attention. This service kit is intended for preventative maintenance and includes the main parts used to refresh the Trident’s internal pump, cuvette, tubing, sample filter, and external sample and waste line connections.
Trident Service Kit Features
- DIY preventative service kit for Neptune Trident testing systems
- Designed for hands-on users who are comfortable following detailed service instructions
- Includes replacement parts for common Trident maintenance points
- Helps refresh fluid-handling components that can wear, stain, clog, or become restricted over time
- Includes replacement peristaltic pump component for maintaining proper fluid movement
- Includes cuvette and tubing for the test chamber area
- Includes internal tubing assembly and sample-line filter
- Includes sample and waste line plus connectors
- Includes access to a full service video for the DIY procedure
Preventative Service Notes
This kit is intended for preventative service on a Trident that is already in good working condition. It is not a guaranteed repair kit for a failed or malfunctioning Trident. If the unit is currently producing errors, failing tests, or not operating normally, troubleshooting or manufacturer support may be needed before assuming a service kit will resolve the issue.
Preventative service is commonly considered after extended operation. Service timing can vary depending on usage, testing schedule, reagent handling, water conditions, and overall unit history.
Trident Service Kit Specifications

Important Compatibility and Service Notes
This kit is for the Neptune Trident Testing System and should not be assumed to fit the Trident NP unless specifically confirmed for that model. Before beginning service, review the full procedure, prepare the required tools and workspace, and make sure the Trident is in good working condition. Follow the service instructions carefully to avoid damaging tubing, fittings, sensors, or internal components.
Service Directions
Disconnect and prepare the Trident according to the service instructions before opening the unit. Work slowly, keep parts organized, replace the included service components as directed, and confirm all tubing and fittings are seated properly before restarting the unit. After service, verify sample and waste line routing, run the required startup or calibration steps, and monitor the first tests to confirm normal operation.
