Product Description
Neptune Liquid Level Sensor - 35 Inch
Neptune Liquid Level Sensor - 35 Inch is the largest Apex LLS option for measuring liquid depth in tall reservoirs, saltwater storage containers, and larger aquarium water-change systems through an available FMM port.
35 Inch LLS for Tall Reservoirs
The 35 inch Liquid Level Sensor is intended for large liquid containers where shorter sensors do not provide enough monitoring range. It is especially useful for saltwater reservoirs, freshwater storage, manual or automatic water-change containers, and larger aquarium support systems where knowing the actual remaining water level is valuable.
Neptune 35 Inch LLS Features
- Largest Neptune LLS size for deeper containers and reservoirs
- Measures liquid depth in inches or centimeters through Apex Fusion
- Connects to any available FMM port or compatible built-in FMM input
- Useful for large ATO reservoirs, saltwater storage tanks, RO/DI containers, and water-change reservoirs
- Helps monitor remaining water volume trends without manually opening or measuring the container
- Patented resistive sensing technology measures liquid level along the sensor strip
- Accurate to about two-tenths of an inch after calibration
- Includes a mounting clip for reservoir or container installation
35 Inch Liquid Level Sensor Specifications
- Product type: Apex liquid level sensor
- Sensor length: 35 inches
- Connection: FMM accessory port
- Measured output: Liquid depth in inches or centimeters
- Accuracy: About 0.2 inch after calibration
- Common applications: Large reservoirs, saltwater storage, RO/DI storage, ATO containers, and water-change systems
- Required hardware: Neptune FMM or compatible Apex FMM port
Compatibility and Installation Notes
The LLS sensor strip is designed to sit in the liquid being measured, but the sensor head should not be submerged. Select the correct mounting height so the liquid never rises above the uppermost graduation mark. Use the 35 inch model only where the container depth and available mounting area suit the longer sensor body.
Setup Directions
Mount the sensor vertically in the reservoir with the included clip, connect it to an available FMM port, and calibrate it in Apex Fusion. Fill and drain the container through its normal operating range to confirm the reading is stable, then set alerts for low reservoir level, unexpected loss, or refill reminders as needed.
