Powerful Floating Glass Cleaning for Large Aquariums
The Mag-Float Cleaning Magnet (Large) provides the magnetic strength and cleaning coverage required for large glass aquariums. Designed for systems up to 350 gallons with glass panels up to 5/8 inch thick, it allows routine algae to be removed from outside the aquarium while the internal cleaning section follows across the submerged glass.
If magnetic contact is lost, the internal cleaner floats for convenient retrieval rather than sinking into the aquarium. The Large model also includes a scraper attachment and blade to help tackle more persistent algae and deposits that may not be removed by the standard cleaning pad alone.

Mag-Float Large Compatibility/Notes
This high-strength cleaner is intended for glass aquariums only and should not be used on acrylic panels. Confirm the aquarium's glass thickness before use and select a different Mag-Float model if the panel exceeds 5/8 inch.
The powerful magnets can snap together forcefully. Keep fingers clear and maintain control whenever the two sections are brought together or removed from the aquarium. Store the sections with a suitable spacer between them when they are not attached to the tank.
Always inspect the cleaning pad and scraper before use. Remove sand, gravel and other hard particles that could scratch the aquarium. Exercise additional care near silicone seams and aquarium edges when using the scraper attachment.
Mag-Float Large Directions
Place the internal cleaning magnet inside the aquarium and align the external handle magnet on the opposite side of the glass. Bring the sections together slowly and maintain a secure grip to prevent sudden magnetic impact.
Clean the aquarium using slow overlapping passes while keeping the internal section away from the substrate. Use the standard cleaning surface for routine algae and position the included scraper as directed when additional scraping action is required.
If the magnets separate, allow the internal section to float upward before retrieving it. After cleaning, inspect and rinse the pad and scraper to remove algae, mineral particles and other debris.

- We always make our best effort to ship your order via the carrier chosen during the check-out process; however, for some multi-piece shipments and/or remote destinations, we must reserve the right to use another carrier at our discretion (and without prior notice). - Upon request, we will ship your dry goods as per your specifications (courier, airlines, on your account, etc.).

Return Policy — Aquarium Equipment & Supplies
- All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.
- Before returning or exchanging any goods, you must contact J&L Aquatics to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items returned without prior authorization will be declined.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, in as-new condition, and in perfect sellable condition. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all online returns. This fee includes the cost of outbound shipping.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.
- Order cancellations made before shipping are not subject to a restocking fee.

Defective, Warranty & DOA Items
- If you receive an item that is defective, not working, or dead on arrival (DOA), please contact us as soon as possible.
- Confirmed defective and warranty returns have no restocking fee and no Affirm fee. Customer does not pay return shipping — J&L Aquatics will provide a prepaid return label.
- All defective claims are subject to inspection. Items showing signs of customer damage, improper installation, or misuse are not covered under warranty.

Affirm & Financing Orders
- Affirm or similar financing orders that are cancelled or returned in-store are subject to a 5% service charge. This covers the processing fee charged to us by the financing provider.
- The Affirm service charge does not apply to confirmed defective or warranty returns.
