The Hygger Sweeper Aquarium Clean Light is a compact UV-C sterilizer designed to help reduce green water algae spores and free floating microorganisms in freshwater and saltwater aquariums. By operating directly in the water or within a filter chamber it supports clearer water and a healthier aquarium environment without chemical additives.

Safety focused and user friendly design

A built in 360 degree protective shield limits UV exposure outside the unit allowing safer operation during normal aquarium use. The waterproof housing and included suction cups make it easy to mount the sterilizer securely to aquarium glass or inside filtration compartments where water flow is present.

Timer control and dual operation modes

An integrated timer allows automatic operation with selectable run times of 3 hours 6 hours 12 hours or continuous 24 hour cycling. The unit supports two operating modes including Healthy Mode with the protective shield closed for direct tank placement and High Efficiency Mode with the shield opened for use inside filter housings where water passes directly across the UV lamp.
