Clarisea SK-5000 G3 Automatic Fleece Filter

Clarisea SK-5000 G3 Automatic Fleece Filter is a high-capacity automatic roller fleece filter for larger freshwater, marine, and reef aquarium systems. It removes suspended particles from the water column using a motorized fleece roll system, helping improve water clarity while reducing filter sock maintenance.

High-Flow Mechanical Filtration for Larger Aquarium Systems

The SK-5000 G3 is built for aquariums that need more mechanical filtration capacity than the SK-3000. With recommended flow up to 5,000 L/h, it is suited to larger reef systems, heavy feeding routines, coral propagation tanks, and aquariums where detritus export and water clarity are priorities.

SK-5000 G3 Smart Control, Alarms, and Fail-Safe Overflow

• Automatic advance: The controller advances fleece when the float sensor detects that water is backing up through the dirty roll.
• Manual advance option: The play button can be held to manually advance the motor and roll fleece as needed.
• End-of-roll alert: Visual and audible alarms help indicate when the fleece may be empty.

SK-5000 G3 Installation and Use Directions

Install the Clarisea SK-5000 G3 in a sump area with enough space for the body, clean roll, dirty roll, controller, and future maintenance access. Set the submerged depth between 5cm and 20cm, with approximately 10cm preferred for longer fleece life. Connect compatible 32mm, 40mm, or 1" pipework as required, using the correct fittings for the plumbing style. Load the fleece according to the quick-start guide, confirm the float sensor and motor function correctly, and monitor the first roll closely while the filter removes built-up detritus from the system.
