      Overview

      The Tunze Osmolator 3 maintains stable salinity with a precise optical level sensor plus an independent thermal safety sensor. It is plug and play, mounts cleanly with strong magnets, and includes a high-head Turbelle High Jet 5030 dosing pump for reliable, quiet top off.

      Tunze unable to honor warranty in canada

      I purchased this unit back in dec 2023 . Since day one this unit has not worked . Cleaned the sensor multiple times . Power on and off the unit multiple times . Reset the water level multiple times . It does not hold the aquarium water level . Light is green bit does not top off aquarium water . I contacted tunze about warranty and for months i get the run around or just no response . I final get a contact for a Canadian supplier for repair work and again zero response . Multiple calls and emails yet nothing. I contacted tunze in Germany and I get told since they get no sale from this its not worth it for them . Its says 5 year’s warranty on the box but they are not able to honor this in canada .
