Mind-Blowing Spread! Radion G6 has spread so wide it has to be seen to be believed thanks to HEI2 Optical System
Radion G6 increases output from an impressive 110.5 degrees in the G5 to a staggering 126.3 degrees. This improvement was achievable through a change to the primary optic on the LEDs which then integrates with the geometry in the existing HEI (Hemispherically Edge Illuminating) secondary optic (lens) Radion is a winner in the cost vs. output equation. Wide even spread requires less fixtures to cover more tank. The result, incredibly even PAR over almost 4ft of coverage area, making it the highest average output Radion and perhaps the most efficient aquarium light ever madeAn added benefit of super wide spread is that the aquarium assists the optics. The output angle of the G6 results in the interior glass of the aquarium reflecting light back into the tank. This reduces shadowing and provides light to the undersides of coral.Other things to be aware when looking at G6 Radion Light
The spectrum of the G6 Pro can be matched to G5 Pro spectrum although the clusters are different - the core spectrum is the same and the flexibility of the G6 will match the equivalent G5. Peak PAR is higher on the G5 but the G6 produces more light (spread) in total.
All current RMS parts and components that are compatible with the G5 are also compatible with the G6.
G5 units are fully upgradeable to the same sized G6 units.The upgrade kit consists of a cluster, lens and necessary tools to perform the upgrade. You are able to change from a G5 Blue to a G6 Pro and vice versa as long as it's the same model size (XR15 or XR30) you can change your model version through the upgrade process. The new clusters have an additional 2-year warranty beyond the existing Radion warranty. All other product warranties remain unchanged by performing an upgrade.

Aqua Illumination Blade Coral Grow LED - 21 Inch
Overview
This is far from your typical strip LED! The Blade maximizes color and efficiency, incorporating exclusive EdgeField Optics to deliver even PAR, smooth color mixing, exceptional 95 degree spread, and a natural shimmer effect in your aquarium. Its wide angle and modular cluster LEDs allow light to wrap around high points in your tank to provide a smooth blanket of illumination with minimal shadowing.
When you combine 3 or more Blade strips together, the result is shadow elimination and even light distribution comparable to traditional T5 fixtures, but with greater efficiency and at a fraction of the cost!
You can also use the Blade with any existing light fixtures as supplemental or fill lighting to enhance light coverage and reduce hotspots.
Choose your color with AI Coral Grow Blade LED
The Coral Grow model brings a powerful and balanced blue and white growth spectrum with output in the deep blue through blue range (400-500 nm) to address the photosynthetic needs of corals. Use the Grow for maximum PAR output per foot, the Glow for maximum fluorescence, or mix them together and get both. Peak performance is best achieved in a ratio of 2:1 Grow to Glow, but one of each is perfectly acceptable when less light is needed. Each AI Blade LED Strip includes roughly one light cluster group per foot of fixture length. Tight grouping and balanced diode placement contribute to the incredible balance and shimmer that the Blade platform delivers. The Blade Coral Grow includes the following 24 diodes per cluster group:

The AI Blade is designed for a myriad of mounting solutions to satisfy any system. Choose from a Tank Rest, Elevated Tank Rest, Hanging Kit, Hybrid Mount, or HMS Adapter Arm to find the perfect mounting solution for your set up.
Tank Rest - Included with all Blade lights up to 39" this low-profile mount sits directly on top of your tank and extends up to 4.5 inches on either side of the fixture.
Mounting Clips - Included with all Blade lights over 39", these clips are compatible with the AI HMS Single Arm Mount and HMS Hanging Kit rails.
Elevated Tank Rest - An attractive and sturdy tank mount for both rimmed or rimless tanks. The Elevated Tank Rest increases light spread and allows for easier access into the aquarium when compared to the standard Tank Rest.
Hanging Kit - Made from high-quality brushed aluminum with a black finish, the Hanging Kit provides an elegant solution for suspending your Blade above your aquarium. The Hanging Kit also allows you to mount 3, 4, or 6 light bars in parallel for increased coverage and streamlined aesthetics.

Easily Control Your AI Blade LED with Mobius or MyAI
The Blade LED can be wirelessly controlled via iOS and Android devices on either the MyAI or the Mobius app. With the app, you can customize your spectrum intensity and set custom schedules for each light, or just select from one of the in-app templates available. Both apps can be downloaded for free on Google Play and the App Store. Each Blade LED also includes onboard controls for cycling through spectrums.

Moonlight in the ocean is believed to be as significant as the time spent in full daylight. Moonlight triggers various internal and external biological activities among the many thousands of reef organisms. Many corals continue to grow under moonlight conditions and for some fish and coral it is important for the reproductive process. Also, night predators come out and cruise, while prey go into hiding.
The other benefit of moonlights is that it extends the time you can enjoy your aquarium and in a totally different way. We all like to go to our tank with a flashlight and see what's going on, but it can often startle many creatures and send them into hiding. With a moonlight, your tank has just enough light for you to see many of the fascinating things going on in the aquarium after the main lights go down.
