Product Description
Brightwell Aquatics ShrimpCode - 125ml
Brightwell Aquatics ShrimpCode - 125ml is a trace and minor element supplement for freshwater shrimp, other crustaceans, and riverine fishes. It helps replace elements used by aquarium inhabitants and removed through filtration, supporting coloration, metabolism, and overall freshwater shrimp aquarium care.
Brightwell ShrimpCode Trace Elements for Freshwater Shrimp Aquariums
ShrimpCode is formulated around the trace and minor element needs of freshwater shrimp and related riverine species. These elements are involved in neurological and metabolic processes and can also contribute to natural pigmentation, making controlled replenishment useful in shrimp and community aquariums.
ShrimpCode 125ml Shrimp and Riverine Fish Benefits
- Copper free and shrimp safe when used as directed.
- Provides trace and minor elements in ratios selected for shrimp and related freshwater species.
- Supports neurological and metabolic processes in shrimp and other crustaceans.
- Helps maintain elements that may be depleted by activated carbon, resins, and normal aquarium processes.
- May also be used in freshwater community aquariums with compatible riverine fish.
- Useful after water changes as part of a consistent shrimp aquarium maintenance routine.
Brightwell ShrimpCode Freshwater Use and Overdose Notes
- Size: 125 ml bottle.
- Use: Freshwater shrimp, crustacean, and riverine fish aquariums.
- Product type: Trace and minor element supplement.
- Use livestock appearance and aquarium response to adjust dosage because many trace elements are difficult to test reliably with hobbyist kits.
- Activated carbon can remove trace and minor elements, so dosing after carbon use may be required.
- Gross overdosing of trace and minor elements can be harmful to aquarium inhabitants.
- Composed of purified water and high-purity materials.
ShrimpCode Dosing Directions
Shake well before use. For basic dosing, add 2 ml per 8 US gallons of aquarium water 2 to 3 times each week. For advanced dosing, add 2 ml per 20 US gallons daily for the first four weeks, then gradually increase to 4 ml per 20 US gallons daily over the next four weeks and maintain that dosage only if aquarium response indicates a need. Dose conservatively and observe shrimp, fish, and plants closely.
