Brightwell Aquatics Chaetogro Brightwell Aquatics ChaetoGro is a complete phosphate and nitrate free multi-nutrient with iron, cobalt and molybdenum for chaetomorpha growth and vigor in all marine systems. Overview of Brightwell Chaetogro Nutrients are substances required by algae for survival; they are collectively involved in all aspects of the biological and chemical reactions that allow algae to function properly. Brightwell Aquatics ChaetoGro provides these substances in concentrations found by researchers to be necessary for long-term health. These elements, and some of the processes that they are involved in, are:Potassium - Protein synthesis, water and charge balance, enzyme activation.Boron - Chlorophyll production, flowering, root growth, cell function.Carbon - Required for all organic compounds.Calcium - Cell wall stability and permeability, enzyme activation, cell response to stimuli. Chlorine - Water and charge balance, photosynthesis.Iron - Required for photosynthesis, component of enzymes utilized in redox reactions. Magnesium - Component of chlorophyll, enzyme activation.Manganese - Formation of amino acids, enzyme activation.Molybdenum and Cobalt - Required for nitrate reduction.Nickel - Enzyme activation, processing of nitrogenous material.Sulfur - Component of proteins and the coenzymes that are involved with nutrient utilization and growth.Zinc - Chlorophyll production, enzyme activation.ChaetoGro does not contain phosphorus or nitrogen. Features of Brightwell Chaetogro Aquarium Additive For all marine aquariums & ULNS systems Shrimp & Invertebrate safe Phosphate & Nitrate free Provides 13 elements critical to long-term health, growth, and coloration of aquatic plants Well-suited to ULNS aquariums and designed for nutrient control of phosphates and nitrates by chaetomorpha uptake Formulated utilizing extensive research on aquatic algae nutrient requirements Instructions & Guidelines for using Chaetogro from Brightwell Aquatics ChaetoGro will help establish water chemistry conducive to long-term chaetomorpha health and growth, helping it to efficiently control unwanted nutrients in the system, such as phosphate and nitrate. Shake product well before using.Basic: For the first 2 weeks of use, add 5ml (1 capful) of product per 20 US-gallons of aquarium volume twice each week; increase dosage thereafter depending upon perceived nutrient needs of chateo algae. When used in this fashion, 500 ml treats up to 2,000 US-gallons (7,600 L). Advanced: Daily dosing is recommended, as it maintains a more stable and natural environment than dosing weekly, in which nutrient concentrations spike just after dosing and then gradually decrease throughout the course of the week. To dose daily, add 6 drops per 20 US-gallons per day; adjust dosing volume after one week in accordance with appearance of algae and perceived need for nutrients. Important: Brightwell recommends the use of MicroBacter7 and Reef Bio Fuel or Katalyst to maintain proper carbon levels for the Chaeto, as well as proper bacterial function in the system. For proper Chaeto growth, Brightwell recommends that the hobbyist maintain a minimum of .01 ppm phosphate and 3 to 5 ppm nitrates in the reef system. If levels fall below these values, proper nutrient control will not efficiently occur. If the levels are low, use NeoPhos or NeoNitro as directed on their labels, as necessary to bring them up to the proper level. Brightwell Chaetogro Guaranteed Analysis 0-0-1.30; Potassium (K) as Soluble Potash (K2O) (min) 1.30%; Boron 0.009%; Carbon 0.005%; Calcium 0.14%; Chlorine 0.39%; Cobalt 0.0004%; Iron 0.1%; Magnesium 0.4%; Manganese 0.0475%; Molybdenum 0.004%; Sulfur 0.16%; Zinc 0.002%.

    Brightwell Aquatics CoralAmino - 60ml

    In Stock

Brightwell Aquatics CoralAmino Free-form coral amino complex for all corals and their allies. Overview of Brightwell CoralAmino Complex of free-form amino acids in the same ratios found within tissues of stony corals. Beneficial to all corals (stony and soft), as well as solitary and colonial polyps. Free-form amino acids: 1. Provide the building blocks of coral tissue in ideal ratios to encourage the formation of new tissue. 2. Encourage new tissue growth to repair damage incurred during fragmentation and propagation. 3. Encourage growth by budding and fission. 4. Encourage vibrant coloration. Formulated based upon data compiled by oceanographers researching coral tissue profiles. Does not require refrigeration. Formulated by a marine scientist Instructions & Guidelines for using CoralAminor from Brightwell Aquatics Shake product well before using. Turn protein skimmer and other forms of mechanical filtration off prior to adding CoralAmino to aquaria, and allow 10 - 15 minutes after use before resuming operation of filtration. Target Feeding (recommended):Pour 1 ml (~20 drops) into a small container and suck a portion into feeding device, then slowly discharge contents 2 - 4" upstream of target organism(s). Repeat these steps as deemed necessary. Do not place the glass dropper directly into aquarium water unless you plan to thoroughly rinse it (inside and outside) with fresh water before placing dropper back into bottle; failure to do so will contaminate the product and encourage it to decompose.

Instructions & Guidelines for using Restor from Brightwell Aquatics Shake product well before using. Turn protein skimmer and other forms of mechanical filtration off prior to adding foods fortified with Restor to aquaria, and allow 10 - 15 minutes after feeding before resuming operation of filtration.Target Feeding (recommended): Target feeding may be carried out with a lengthy piece of rigid air tubing, plastic syringe, pipette, dropper, or similar device; pour 5 ml (1 capful) into a small container and suck a portion of this into the feeding device, then slowly discharge the contents of the device 2 - 4" upstream of the target organism(s). Repeat these steps as deemed necessary. Rinse the portion (inside and outside) of the feeder that was placed into aquarium water before placing it into this bottle (if feeding directly from the bottle rather than from a separate container); failure to do so will contaminate the product and encourage it to decompose. Restor may be utilized as a food-soak; to do so, place food into a clean container, add up to 5 ml of Restor and allow 5 - 10 minutes for food to soak; target feed as directed.
