A specific connection for an external 12V Lead Acid Battery to keep your system alive during power failures. A battery will keep the entire HYDROS system running in Low Power Mode during a power failure. An internal trickle charger keeps these batteries ready to use. The voltage and current on the battery are monitored and reported to the user. This battery can be as large or small as you choose, from small sealed lead acid batteries to large arrays of boat batteries. The Kraken's internal charger can be disabled if you prefer to use a battery charger.

The circuitry is based on an ultra-high-quality input chip specifically designed for these types of probes. Each pH input provides digital galvanic isolation from the rest of the system. Galvanic isolation prevents interference with other accessories connected to the system like motors and pumps. Digital Galvanic isolation preserves the accuracy of the measurement by converting the signal to a digital domain before crossing the isolation threshold.

Hydros Kraken Force Port Power Cable
Overview
This HYDROS Force Port Power Cable is used to connect the Kraken to power a WaveEngine LE, WaveEngine, XD, or Control X10. This 6ft cable has two 4-pin GX12-4 fittings.
One end attaches to any of the 8 Force Ports on the Kraken and the other end to the power port on any HYDROS Control Power Port Only (WaveEngine LE, WaveEngine, XD, or Control X10).
