Excellent multi-purpose filter matt can be used as both a mechanical and biological filter.
Durable, reusable filter media for any filtration method in marine or freshwater aquariums. Perfect in wet dry applications, or for use as a pre-filter. Each piece comes in a large 19" x 24" sheet that can be easily cut to fit any filtration system.
Aqua Mesh filter media has many other unique applications including vibration reduction, temporary baffles or sump refugium separation.
Aqua Mesh Black filter media is designed to be used as the first stage (if using all four), and will trap large sized particles.
