Monitor Water Flow with the Hydros Flow Sensor
The HYDROS Flow Sensors are easy-to-install flow meters that communicate to the HYDROS app the flow rate of water passing through it.
It is safe for use in freshwater and saltwater aquarium systems.
The HYDROS Flow Sensors can be used for reactor feed lines and return pumps. Using the HYDROS Flow Sensors can give you peace of mind that your vital aquarium equipment is operating correctly. You can also use the data it collects in the HYDROS app to create rules. For example, if the flow rate were above or below a certain threshold, you can have HYDROS turn off a piece of equipment that is plugged into a Control XP8, Power 4 WiFi power strip, or Smart Plug outlet.
Four Sizes of the Hydros Flow Sensor are Available
- 3/4" Flow Sensor: Flow Range of 40- 800GPH
- 1" Flow Sensor: Flow Range of 50-1500GPH
- 1.5" Flow Sensor: Flow Range of 100-2500GPH
- 2" Flow Sensor: Flow Range of 200-4050GPH
All flow sensors come with schedule 80 PVC Unions, and have an 8' wire length to plug into your Hydros Sense Port.
While no power supply is needed, a Hydros Control with an available Sense Port is required for operation.
