Description

50 GPD RO Membrane

Replacement embrane suitable for all standard reverse osmosis units with an output of 50 gallons per day. R/O Membranes should be replaced once every two years dependent on incoming water quality.

If you are upgrading your R/O Unit make sure you match the membrane output to the flow restrictor you have chosen and vice-versa!

All of our RO membranes are TFC style and are suitable for home drinking water systems as well as aquarium water production.

Will this membrane fit a Kent Marine 60gph RO system?

- This membrane will fit in the Kent RO housing, but the flow restrictor of your unit will allow too much water flow to reach the membrane. We suggest you also pick up a 50GPD flow restrictor to replace your 60GPD restrictor.

What is the rejction rate of this membrane?

- Unfortunately this specification is not published on the membrane, or by our supplier. From experience, we can say that it has the typical 1:4-1:5 rejection rate, unless a pressure boosting pump is used.

- Yes, but you will also need to change to a flow restrictor with a 50gpd rating.
